How Utopia works

Four steps. One Utopian Life.

  1. Answer a short questionnaire

About three minutes: what matters to you, where you are today, and an ordinary day you'd love to be living. Skip anything personal.

  2. Get a manifesto in your words

Written from your answers, in the tone you choose, with or without spiritual language.

  3. Hear it in a voice you choose

About four minutes, narrated and saved for you, with the text alongside.

  4. Take one small step a day

Listen, act, reflect. Real-world steps, not wishful thinking.

The right fit

Choose by how you like to practise

If you want structure for self-reflection, Stoic offers guided journals, check-ins, trends and breathing, with AI mentors on its higher plan.

If you want words about where you're going, Utopia writes a manifesto from about three minutes of questions (your areas, people, values and an ordinary day you'd love to live) and reads it to you.

If you want a few minutes, then action, Utopia's ritual is listen, act, reflect: one small, specific step each day, and a short note of signs and wins.

People who decide exactly when and where they'll act tend to follow through more often (Gollwitzer and Sheeran, 2006), which is why every day of the Utopia Method includes one small, specific step.

Questions

Stoic and Utopia, answered

Is Utopia like Stoic?

Both help you reflect each day, and both have AI you can talk to. Stoic is a guided journal with check-ins and trends. Utopia starts from a narrated manifesto written from your answers and builds a short daily ritual around it.

Can I use both?

Yes. A guided journal for check-ins and a manifesto for your mornings work well together. Utopia's quiz and preview are free.

Does Utopia have an App Store app?

Not yet. Utopia runs in your phone's browser on iPhone and Android, and you can add it to your home screen so it opens like an app.

Is it free to try?

The quiz and a 20-second narrated preview are free, with no card. Premium has a 7-day free trial, then $119 a year or $19.99 a month in the US, and you can cancel in two taps.

Is Utopia therapy?

No. It's journaling and mindset software, and it doesn't give medical, financial or legal advice. If you're struggling, please talk to a professional.
