Refund policy

Free trial first

Premium starts with a 7-day free trial. You won't be charged if you cancel before the trial ends, and we email you a reminder before it does.

14-day money-back guarantee

If you're not happy with Utopia, you can ask for a full refund of your first paid charge (monthly or yearly) within 14 days of that charge. No questions asked. When the refund is issued, your Premium access ends.

Later renewals aren't refundable, except where the law requires it. You can cancel at any time to stop the next renewal, and you keep Premium until the end of the period you've paid for.

Song bundles

If you change your mind about a purchase of songs, you can ask for a refund within 14 days for the songs you haven't used. Songs already made can't be refunded, except where the law requires it. A refunded purchase is removed from your balance.

How to ask for a refund

Our orders are processed by Paddle.com, our merchant of record, which handles refunds. To ask for one, either:

• reply to your Paddle receipt email, or visit paddle.net and look up your order, or
• email us at hello@myutopia.app with the email address you paid with, and we'll arrange it.

Refunds go back to the original payment method. Your bank may take a few business days to show it.
