The right fit
Choose by how you like to practise
If you think best by talking it through, Rosebud is built around conversation: you write or speak, it asks follow-up questions and notices patterns over time.
If you want something to come back to, Utopia writes one manifesto from about three minutes of questions and reads it to you, so each morning starts from the same words about the life you're building.
If you want a small step, not a long session, Utopia's ritual takes a few minutes: listen, take one specific action, note a sign or a win. The coach is there when you want to talk.
People who decide exactly when and where they'll act tend to follow through more often (Gollwitzer and Sheeran, 2006), which is why every day of the Utopia Method includes one small, specific step.

Questions
Rosebud and Utopia, answered
Is Utopia like Rosebud?
Both have an AI coach you talk to by text. Rosebud's centre is the journal conversation. Utopia's centre is a narrated manifesto written from your answers, with a daily ritual; its coach knows your manifesto and remembers your journey only if you allow it.
Can I use both?
Yes. A conversational journal for working things through and a manifesto for your mornings can sit side by side. Utopia's quiz and preview are free.
Does Utopia have an App Store app?
Not yet. Utopia runs in your phone's browser on iPhone and Android, and you can add it to your home screen so it opens like an app.
Is it free to try?
The quiz and a 20-second narrated preview are free, with no card. Premium has a 7-day free trial, then $119 a year or $19.99 a month in the US, and you can cancel in two taps.
Is Utopia therapy?
No. It's journaling and mindset software, and it doesn't give medical, financial or legal advice. If you're struggling, please talk to a professional.
