How Utopia works

Four steps. One Utopian Life.

  1. Answer a short questionnaire

About three minutes: what matters to you, where you are today, and an ordinary day you'd love to be living. Skip anything personal.

  2. Get a manifesto in your words

Written from your answers, in the tone you choose, with or without spiritual language.

  3. Hear it in a voice you choose

About four minutes, narrated and saved for you, with the text alongside.

  4. Take one small step a day

Listen, act, reflect. Real-world steps, not wishful thinking.

The right fit

Choose by how you like to practise

If you want quick lines for the day, Soul turns the desires you type into short affirmations, with widgets and reminders to bring them back.

If you want one piece that holds your whole life, Utopia asks about three minutes of questions and writes a full manifesto from them, narrated, with the text alongside so you can read as you listen.

If you want help acting on it, Utopia adds one small, specific step each day, a journal for signs and wins, and a coach that knows your manifesto.

People who decide exactly when and where they'll act tend to follow through more often (Gollwitzer and Sheeran, 2006), which is why every day of the Utopia Method includes one small, specific step.

Questions

Soul and Utopia, answered

Is Utopia like Soul?

Both write affirmations around what you want. Soul starts from a list of desires you type. Utopia starts from a short questionnaire about your whole life, writes a narrated manifesto, and adds a daily practice around it.

Can I use both?

Yes. A widget of short lines and a morning manifesto can sit side by side. Utopia's quiz and preview are free, so you can try it alongside Soul.

Does Utopia have an App Store app?

Not yet. Utopia runs in your phone's browser on iPhone and Android, and you can add it to your home screen so it opens like an app.

Is it free to try?

The quiz and a 20-second narrated preview are free, with no card. Premium has a 7-day free trial, then $119 a year or $19.99 a month in the US, and you can cancel in two taps.

Will a manifestation app change my life?

No app can promise that, and we don't. Utopia is a journaling and mindset tool: it helps you name what matters, hear it often and take small steps toward it. It isn't therapy and doesn't give medical, financial or legal advice.
