The right fit
Choose by how you like to practise
If you want a line to glance at, I Am is made for that: short affirmations on your Lock Screen and widgets, from categories you choose, at the times you set.
If you want words that sound like your life, Utopia writes them from your own answers: the areas you care about, your people, your values and an ordinary day you'd love to live. Then it reads them to you in a voice you choose.
If you want to act on them, Utopia turns each day's listen into one small, specific step, with a journal for signs and wins and a coach that knows your manifesto.
People who decide exactly when and where they'll act tend to follow through more often (Gollwitzer and Sheeran, 2006), which is why every day of the Utopia Method includes one small, specific step.

Questions
I Am and Utopia, answered
Is Utopia like I Am?
Both are about affirmations. I Am shows lines from a large library on your screen through the day. Utopia writes affirmations and a narrated manifesto from your own answers, and adds a daily step toward them.
Can I use both?
Yes. A glanceable line on your Lock Screen and a manifesto in the morning work well together. Utopia's affirmations library is also free to use.
Does Utopia have an App Store app?
Not yet. Utopia runs in your phone's browser on iPhone and Android, and you can add it to your home screen so it opens like an app.
Is it free to try?
The quiz and a 20-second narrated preview are free, with no card. Premium has a 7-day free trial, then $119 a year or $19.99 a month in the US, and you can cancel in two taps.
Will a manifestation app change my life?
No app can promise that, and we don't. Utopia is a journaling and mindset tool: it helps you name what matters, hear it often and take small steps toward it. It isn't therapy and doesn't give medical, financial or legal advice.
